Happy Friday! Anyone who knows me, knows I am an "animal" person. Wings, fur, feathers or scales, I want to see it up close. Maybe even too close once in a while...or so I'm told. But don't get me wrong, I don't necessarily love them all (I have an irrational fear of spiders), but I respect them and am fascinated by them. For that reason, I always want to be outside and going somewhere new because somewhere new means I might see new critters....
But sometimes I am content to just admire what I have in my own yard. We all know we need pollinators to keep our planet healthy and everyone fed, but just for a minute I want you to be amazed by how fascinating and beautiful the monarch is. From a yellow, black and white striped caterpillar, to an irridescent green cocoon, to an orange and black butterfly. It makes me believe in magic!
What are you doing this weekend? If you find some spare time, get outside and see what you see. You may be "enlightened" by the "images" you find. I always am.
